When I finally said “enough”, I researched everything I could find. I tried out many different solutions and it took me months to find out what worked and what didn’t. I tried everything I found on Pinterest and Instagram and you know how those often turn out! I even tried attending therapy without a lot of results. My kids were out of control and unhappy. I did find things that worked and though it was a tough process, it was well worth it to regain my sense of self, find some time for me, and to stop the chaos that I was living in.
